1. Each 1st year students will be issued 02 nos. of books and 2nd& 3rd year will be issued 03 nos. of books and staffs will be issued 10 nos. of books.
2. For any loss of book by students & staffs the penalty will be charged as mentioned below.
For Mining & Metallurgy – Three times of the actual cost of the book.
Other department – Two times of the actual cost of the book. & Photo copy of lost Publications will not accepted.
3. The period of borrowing of students and staffs will be 45 days and Six month respectively. An overdue charge of Rs. 1/- per day shall be charged against each book/ documents not returned within the due time and all the books are to returned on last day of examination at the session end.
4. The students & staff may utilized the Digital Library and Journals in the Library reading hall / Digital Library rooms.
5. Use of Laptops will be allowed at the Library
